Mosinee, WI – S.C. Swiderski, LLC, a construction and real estate investment company, announces the addition of Bill Siegler as Civil Engineer. In his new role, Bill will work with the company’s pre-development, construction, excavating and landscaping teams. His role encompasses site development, coordination of surveying and utility installation and working with the municipalities on the company’s various projects.

Bill has a Bachelor of Science degree in civil engineering from the University of Wisconsin-Platteville. He has 17 years of experience as a professional civil engineer doing municipal and transportation projects. He has performed a wide scope of projects from reconstruction to major transportation designs including WisDOT projects. Most recently, Bill was Senior Engineer at EMCS, Inc.

Bill explained that he is excited to join S.C. Swiderski, “I am looking forward to the challenge of working on the range of projects that the company has in different stages of planning and development.”

“In our continued efforts to expand our capabilities and bring comprehensive services in-house, we are happy to add a civil engineer of Bill’s stature to our company. As we increase the number of projects and their scopes, Bill’s expertise will help us to move projects forward efficiently,” said Fay Harder, Director of Operations. 

SC Swiderski, LLC Celebrates 25th Anniversary

Mosinee, WI – S.C. Swiderski, LLC, a construction and real estate investment company, is celebrating its 25th anniversary. The company was founded in 1992 by Shane and Sheila Swiderski making 2017 a significant milestone for the company.

The company began with one investment property built by the owners. With a sound business strategy in place, a clear vision, perseverance and consistent reinvestment in the company, the company has grown to encompass a vast and diverse real estate portfolio. There are now over 90 employees and SC Swiderski has comprehensive construction and real estate capabilities.

They have diligently expanded efforts to bring services under their company umbrella for increased efficiency, expense and quality control. The current structure includes four divisions, Operations, Real Estate, Construction and Property Management. All four divisions have seen rapid growth. They have also added a recreational land department and increased their design, engineering and excavating capabilities.

The company moved from its office on Main Street in Mosinee when they built their new corporate headquarters at 401 Ranger Street in Mosinee in 2014. The Swiderskis were pleased to add a signature building with visibility in the community they have been life-long residents.  The company is currently building a construction yard which will open in 2017 with additional office, maintenance warehouse and storage space.

In preparation for their anniversary year, the company has unveiled a new logo and website. They have activities planned throughout the year to culminate with a company party in December to celebrate their 25th anniversary.

SC Swiderski Congratulates Site Managers on 100% Occupancy

Mosinee, WI – S.C. Swiderski, LLC, a construction and real estate investment company, announced seven of their apartment sites were fully occupied in January.  The site managers that achieved full occupancy on their sites were recognized in the 100% Club for the month.

The 100% Club for January 2017 includes Megan Boris (2 sites), Carla Storm (3 sites), Sandra Hanson and Todd Prutz.  

Kari Kussow, Leasing Department Manager said, “Overall, our team achieved outstanding results in January. Congratulations to the four managers who were able to reach a 100% occupancy. That is a true accomplishment and a testament to their hard work, customer service, and focus on tenant satisfaction.” The Leasing Department falls under SCS Property Management, a division of S.C Swiderski, LLC.  The company has multifamily sites in 20 locations in Wisconsin with new sites planned for 2017 construction and several others in pre-development stages.
