Mill Street Estates Opens Final Building

Mosinee, WI – S.C. Swiderski, LLC, a construction and real estate investment company, has completed the fourth and final building at Mill Street Estates in Eagle River. The 12 unit apartment building opened for tenants on March 1st.

Mill Street Estates is located in northwest Eagle River. It has 56 units in four two story buildings with detached garages; there is ample green space throughout the site. The apartment homes are one, two and three bedroom units ranging from 686 to 1105 square feet. The site offers private entrances, patios or balcony, a walk-in pantry and furnished appliances which include a full size washer and dryer. Each apartment includes a one stall garage with additional stall available for a monthly fee.

SCS Construction designed and built the project. Project Manager on the site was Tim Koch. April Pankow served as Project Administrator and Site Superintendent was Sarah Fischer-Utecht.  “It has been a pleasure working with the City of Eagle River during our construction process and we are excited to have such a beautiful site for our apartment homes.  The area is serene and relaxing for our tenants, just off the beaten path but close to downtown and is a fantastic place to call home. We want to thank the individuals who assisted us along the way to make this site a success,” said April Pankow.

S.C. Swiderski will own and manage the property. Randy Jensen, Leasing Site Manager at Mill Street Estates said, “This is our first site in Eagle River and we are excited to be a part of such a welcoming community. We responded to the area’s need for new, quality housing and the residents have responded well. ” In addition to providing professional on-site management, the company has a dedicated maintenance and grounds team.  S.C. Swiderski owns and manages apartment sites throughout the state; they are currently building apartment homes in Wisconsin Rapids and Wausau and will break ground on Phase II of Moon Lake Estates in Rice Lake this spring.

Mosinee, WI – S.C. Swiderski, LLC, a construction and real estate investment company, has completed a building at Woodland Estates in Wisconsin Rapids. The 16 unit building opens for tenants on February 1st.  This is the third building to open at this site.

Woodland Estates will have 56 units when completed; the plans include four two story buildings with detached garages spread over a six acre site which offers ample green space. The apartment site has one, two and three bedrooms apartment homes ranging from 686 to 1200 square feet. The site offers private entrances, patio or balcony, a walk-in pantry and appliances including a full size washer and dryer. Each apartment includes a one stall garage with additional stall available for a monthly fee.

Sandra Hanson, Leasing Site Manager at Woodland Estates explained, “We have seen strong demand for these luxury apartment homes in Wisconsin Rapids and are very excited to be a part of such a great community.”

Woodland Estates is located across from Mid-State Technical College. S.C Swiderski also built, owns and manages three other locations in Wisconsin Rapids, Birchwood Apartments, Countryside Apartments and Countryside Estates.

Bill Siegler Joins SC Swiderski as Civil Engineer

Mosinee, WI – S.C. Swiderski, LLC, a construction and real estate investment company, announces the addition of Bill Siegler as Civil Engineer. In his new role, Bill will work with the company’s pre-development, construction, excavating and landscaping teams. His role encompasses site development, coordination of surveying and utility installation and working with the municipalities on the company’s various projects.

Bill has a Bachelor of Science degree in civil engineering from the University of Wisconsin-Platteville. He has 17 years of experience as a professional civil engineer doing municipal and transportation projects. He has performed a wide scope of projects from reconstruction to major transportation designs including WisDOT projects. Most recently, Bill was Senior Engineer at EMCS, Inc.

Bill explained that he is excited to join S.C. Swiderski, “I am looking forward to the challenge of working on the range of projects that the company has in different stages of planning and development.”

“In our continued efforts to expand our capabilities and bring comprehensive services in-house, we are happy to add a civil engineer of Bill’s stature to our company.
