Our thorough up front research is key to planning a successful project. The team handles project feasibility, land acquisition, planning, the entitlement process, and project financing.

Design

Design team manages our diverse building portfolio to be able to cater each project to best fit the individual housing needs. Our portfolio consists of multi-family buildings ranging from one level to multi-story buildings in addition to our line of single-family and twin homes.

Construction

All of our projects are overseen by our project management team and build by our construction crews and trade partners.

After a project is complete, the property is handed over to our professional property management team that is dedicated to maintaining our properties and focused on providing an exceptional hospitality driven experience for our tenants.
