S.C. Swiderski is a local company that designs, builds, owns and manages our own multi-family projects. An exciting aspect of our business plan is that we are not reliant on outside companies to provide us with projects. We have experienced 100% over the last three years and are seeking motivated individuals to grow with us.

We are hiring for several full time, year round excavation and construction positions including:

We are hosting a Construction Career Fair on February 9th from 6 am to 6 pm at our corporate office at 401 Ranger Street, Mosinee. On the spot interviews will be available at the event. We are currently building Moon Lake Estates in Rice Lake, Westwood Estates in Wausau, Urban West in Wausau and Sturgeon Bay Estates; we have projects in the pipeline for the next several years. S.C. Swiderski has a 26 year history of no construction lay-offs. Our excavation department was expanded in 2017 with new equipment and a dedicated manager.

Mosinee, WI – S.C. Swiderski, LLC, a construction and real estate investment company, announces the addition of Bill Siegler as Civil Engineer. In his new role, Bill will work with the company’s pre-development, construction, excavating and landscaping teams. His role encompasses site development, coordination of surveying and utility installation and working with the municipalities on the company’s various projects.

Bill has a Bachelor of Science degree in civil engineering from the University of Wisconsin-Platteville. He has 17 years of experience as a professional civil engineer doing municipal and transportation projects. He has performed a wide scope of projects from reconstruction to major transportation designs including WisDOT projects. Most recently, Bill was Senior Engineer at EMCS, Inc.

Bill explained that he is excited to join S.C. Swiderski, “I am looking forward to the challenge of working on the range of projects that the company has in different stages of planning and development.”

“In our continued efforts to expand our capabilities and bring comprehensive services in-house, we are happy to add a civil engineer of Bill’s stature to our company. As we increase the number of projects and their scopes, Bill’s expertise will help us to move projects forward efficiently,” said Fay Harder, Director of Operations.

S.C. Swiderski - Real Estates & Construction Company - Apartments in Wisconsin, Mosinee, Central WI, Wausau

Mosinee, WIS.C. Swiderski, LLC, a construction and real estate investment company, is excited to announce the expansion of an Excavation Department within SCS Construction Division. The department will perform site work and add water and sewer utilities on the company’s project sites. David Jellings will oversee the department.

SCS Construction Senior Project Manager Tim Koch said, “Increasing our excavation services will help us manage our project timelines and budget more efficiently and effectively.” The company has added new equipment and is currently seeking several heavy equipment operators; the jobs are year round, full-time and benefit eligible positions.

“Due to our ongoing growth, we are diligently working to bring additional capabilities in-house. We are pleased to have the expanded Excavation Department in place for our 2017 construction schedule which includes several exciting new sites,” explained Fay Harder, Director of Operations.
