SC Swiderski, LLC Celebrates 25th Anniversary

Mosinee, WI – S.C. Swiderski, LLC, a construction and real estate investment company, is celebrating its 25th anniversary. The company was founded in 1992 by Shane and Sheila Swiderski making 2017 a significant milestone for the company.

The company began with one investment property built by the owners. With a sound business strategy in place, a clear vision, perseverance and consistent reinvestment in the company, the company has grown to encompass a vast and diverse real estate portfolio. There are now over 90 employees and SC Swiderski has comprehensive construction and real estate capabilities.

They have diligently expanded efforts to bring services under their company umbrella for increased efficiency, expense and quality control. The current structure includes four divisions, Operations, Real Estate, Construction and Property Management. All four divisions have seen rapid growth. They have also added a recreational land department and increased their design, engineering and excavating capabilities.

The company moved from its office on Main Street in Mosinee when they built their new corporate headquarters at 401 Ranger Street in Mosinee in 2014. The Swiderskis were pleased to add a signature building with visibility in the community they have been life-long residents.  The company is currently building a construction yard which will open in 2017 with additional office, maintenance warehouse and storage space.

In preparation for their anniversary year, the company has unveiled a new logo and website. They have activities planned throughout the year to culminate with a company party in December to celebrate their 25th anniversary.

Ribbon Cutting Ceremony Held at Woodland Estates

Wisconsin Rapids, WI – The Heart of Wisconsin Chamber of Commerce and S.C. Swiderski, LLC held a Ribbon Cutting Ceremony at Woodland Estates in Wisconsin Rapids on October 19th.  This new construction apartment site recently opened two buildings to tenants and has two additional buildings under construction.

Woodland Estates is a project that was designed and built by S.C. Swiderski Construction. They also manage and maintain the property. Scott Ristow is Site Superintendent overseeing the construction of the 56 luxury apartment homes which feature private entrances, walk-in closets, garages with keyless entry and full size in-unit laundry. This is the company’s fourth site in Wisconsin Rapids.

At the event, Kari Kussow, Leasing Manager at SC Swiderski addressed the group and thanked the City and Chamber for their support of the project. Sandra Hanson, Leasing Site Manager, provided tours of the apartments for the group. 

Groundbreaking Ceremony at Westwood Estates

Wausau, WI – The Wausau Region Chamber of Commerce and S.C. Swiderski, LLC hosted a groundbreaking ceremony at the location of a new residential housing project, Westwood Estates, on Tuesday, October 11. The groundbreaking was held north of Rasmussen College at 1440 Westwood Drive. Fay Harder, Director of Operations at S.C. Swiderski, addressed the crowd thanking them for their support of the project. Westwood Estates will offer two and three bedroom apartment homes with private entrances, attached garages, private decks or patios and full size in-unit laundry. The units will range in size from 1259 to 1457 finished square feet in four and eight unit buildings. S.C Swiderski Construction named Tim Koch as Project Manager and Neal Szymanski as Site Superintendent.


“We are excited to work with the City of Wausau on this incredible site,” said Jacqui Miller, Real Estate and Marketing Manager with SC Swiderski. “Responding to demand for quality housing in the area, our in-house team designed Westwood Estates. The site will house 80 luxury apartment units spread out in 16 buildings cascading down the hillside, taking full advantage of the scenic views and terrain this site provides. In addition to designing and building Westwood Estates, we will own and manage the site offering on-site management and a professional maintenance team.”
