S.C. Swiderski, LLC New Employee Announcement

Mosinee, WI – S.C. Swiderski, LLC welcomes Jacqui Miller to the company in a newly created role of Real Estate and Marketing Manager.  Miller brings 16 years of real estate sales and marketing experience to the company. In her role at S.C. Swiderski, she will develop the strategic marketing plan for the individual companies under the SC Swiderski umbrella as well as managing the overall brand. Her role includes evaluating real estate investments during the acquisition and pre-development phase and for the new recreational land division.

Fay Harder, the Director of Operations says, “We are pleased to have Miller join us with her experience and skill set as we move into new markets and offer expanded property types and services. She is a great addition to the company.”

Ribbon Cutting Ceremony Held at Woodland Estates

Wisconsin Rapids, WI – The Heart of Wisconsin Chamber of Commerce and S.C. Swiderski, LLC held a Ribbon Cutting Ceremony at Woodland Estates in Wisconsin Rapids on October 19th.  This new construction apartment site recently opened two buildings to tenants and has two additional buildings under construction.

Woodland Estates is a project that was designed and built by S.C. Swiderski Construction. They also manage and maintain the property. Scott Ristow is Site Superintendent overseeing the construction of the 56 luxury apartment homes which feature private entrances, walk-in closets, garages with keyless entry and full size in-unit laundry. This is the company’s fourth site in Wisconsin Rapids.

At the event, Kari Kussow, Leasing Manager at SC Swiderski addressed the group and thanked the City and Chamber for their support of the project. Sandra Hanson, Leasing Site Manager, provided tours of the apartments for the group.

Antigo, WI – The Antigo/Langlade County Chamber of Commerce, City of Antigo and S.C. Swiderski, LLC held a Ribbon Cutting Ceremony at Prosser Place Estates in Antigo on October 17th.  This new construction apartment site recently opened three buildings to tenants and has an additional three buildings under construction.

Prosser Place Estates is a project that was designed and built by S.C. Swiderski Construction. They also manage and maintain the property. Tom Woller is Site Superintendent overseeing the construction of the 88 luxury apartment homes which feature private entrances, walk-in closets, garages with keyless entry and full size in-unit laundry. 

At the event, Kari Kussow, Leasing Manager at SC Swiderski addressed the group and thanked the City and Chamber for their support of the project. Randy Jensen, Leasing Site Manager, provided tours of the apartments for the group. In attendance were Antigo Mayor Bill Brandt, Chamber Director Deena Grabowsky, along with Chamber Ambassadors and community members.
