S.C. Swiderski Land Company Announces New Real Estate Brokers

Mosinee, WI - S.C. Swiderski, LLC, a construction and real estate investment company, welcomes Scott Wessel and Bruce Johnson as the new managing brokers for S.C. Swiderski Land Company. The Land Company is part of the Real Estate Division of S.C. Swiderski and handles land acquisitions, development and sales of waterfront, acreage and hunting property. 

Scott Wessel has twenty three years of experience with land management and forestry. He has been a licensed Realtor in Wisconsin since 2010 and operated as the owner/broker of Wisconsin Real Estate Company. In addition to his real estate background, Scott brings expertise in soils, timber valuations and land management.

Bruce Johnson has twenty two years of sales experience; he has been a licensed Realtor in Wisconsin since 2002. He previously was a top agent for Naterra Land with a consistent track record of recreational land sales and land development. He has waterfront expertise and splits his time between living on the Wisconsin River and the Eagle River Chain of Lakes.

In addition to acquisitions, development and sales, Scott and Bruce will manage the operations of the Land Company and oversee real estate agents. S.C. Swiderski Land Company owns several developments. They are currently marketing lots on Nokomis and Sand Lakes near Mercer, Wisconsin. Their latest project is on the Hat Rapids Flowage of the Wisconsin River near Rhinelander. Upcoming projects include Dewey Lake in Eagle River with several other sites in various phases of acquisition and pre-development.   

S.C. Swiderski Welcomes Lori Minnihan

Mosinee, WI - S.C. Swiderski, LLC, a construction and real estate investment company, is happy to announce Lori Minnihan has joined the company as Receptionist. In addition to greeting guests at the Corporate Office and fielding calls, Lori will assist the Operations Department with a variety of administrative and marketing tasks.

Lori has a Bachelor of Science degree in elementary and middle school education and twenty years of experience in customer service and education.  Director of Operations, Fay Harder, says “We are pleased to have Lori in this role. She performs a multitude of tasks efficiently and most importantly, handles client interactions with professionalism and a great level of customer service.”

In 2017, S.C. Swiderski completed construction on Prosser Place Estates, an 88 unit luxury apartment site in Antigo and Mill Street Estates with 56 units in Eagle River. They are currently building in Wausau, Wisconsin Rapids and two sites in Kronenwetter. Phase II of Moon Lake Estates in Rice Lake has been announced for spring 2017 and includes 100 apartment homes; the project is available for subcontractor bids. Several other sites are in the planning and pre-development phase.   

Mill Street Estates Opens Final Building

Mosinee, WI – S.C. Swiderski, LLC, a construction and real estate investment company, has completed the fourth and final building at Mill Street Estates in Eagle River. The 12 unit apartment building opened for tenants on March 1st.

Mill Street Estates is located in northwest Eagle River. It has 56 units in four two story buildings with detached garages; there is ample green space throughout the site. The apartment homes are one, two and three bedroom units ranging from 686 to 1105 square feet. The site offers private entrances, patios or balcony, a walk-in pantry and furnished appliances which include a full size washer and dryer. Each apartment includes a one stall garage with additional stall available for a monthly fee.

SCS Construction designed and built the project. Project Manager on the site was Tim Koch. April Pankow served as Project Administrator and Site Superintendent was Sarah Fischer-Utecht.  “It has been a pleasure working with the City of Eagle River during our construction process and we are excited to have such a beautiful site for our apartment homes.  The area is serene and relaxing for our tenants, just off the beaten path but close to downtown and is a fantastic place to call home. We want to thank the individuals who assisted us along the way to make this site a success,” said April Pankow.

S.C. Swiderski will own and manage the property. Randy Jensen, Leasing Site Manager at Mill Street Estates said, “This is our first site in Eagle River and we are excited to be a part of such a welcoming community. Swiderski owns and manages apartment sites throughout the state; they are currently building apartment homes in Wisconsin Rapids and Wausau and will break ground on Phase II of Moon Lake Estates in Rice Lake this spring.
