New Building Opens at Woodland Estates

Mosinee, WI – S.C. Swiderski, LLC, a construction and real estate investment company, has completed a building at Woodland Estates in Wisconsin Rapids. The 16 unit building opens for tenants on February 1st.  This is the third building to open at this site.

Woodland Estates will have 56 units when completed; the plans include four two story buildings with detached garages spread over a six acre site which offers ample green space. The apartment site has one, two and three bedrooms apartment homes ranging from 686 to 1200 square feet. The site offers private entrances, patio or balcony, a walk-in pantry and appliances including a full size washer and dryer. Each apartment includes a one stall garage with additional stall available for a monthly fee.

Sandra Hanson, Leasing Site Manager at Woodland Estates explained, “We have seen strong demand for these luxury apartment homes in Wisconsin Rapids and are very excited to be a part of such a great community.”

Woodland Estates is located across from Mid-State Technical College. S.C Swiderski also built, owns and manages three other locations in Wisconsin Rapids, Birchwood Apartments, Countryside Apartments and Countryside Estates.

SC Swiderski, LLC Celebrates 25th Anniversary

Mosinee, WI – S.C. Swiderski, LLC, a construction and real estate investment company, is celebrating its 25th anniversary. The company was founded in 1992 by Shane and Sheila Swiderski making 2017 a significant milestone for the company.

The company began with one investment property built by the owners. With a sound business strategy in place, a clear vision, perseverance and consistent reinvestment in the company, the company has grown to encompass a vast and diverse real estate portfolio. There are now over 90 employees and SC Swiderski has comprehensive construction and real estate capabilities.

They have diligently expanded efforts to bring services under their company umbrella for increased efficiency, expense and quality control. The current structure includes four divisions, Operations, Real Estate, Construction and Property Management. All four divisions have seen rapid growth. They have also added a recreational land department and increased their design, engineering and excavating capabilities.

The company moved from its office on Main Street in Mosinee when they built their new corporate headquarters at 401 Ranger Street in Mosinee in 2014. The Swiderskis were pleased to add a signature building with visibility in the community they have been life-long residents.  The company is currently building a construction yard which will open in 2017 with additional office, maintenance warehouse and storage space.

In preparation for their anniversary year, the company has unveiled a new logo and website. They have activities planned throughout the year to culminate with a company party in December to celebrate their 25th anniversary.

Mosinee, WI – S.C. Swiderski, LLC, a construction and real estate investment company, welcomes two new technicians to the Maintenance Department. Andy Braunel and Michael White have recently joined the company expanding the Maintenance Department, which services the company’s real estate portfolio as part of the Property Management Division.

Andy Braunel had an eighteen year career at Sears with the last five years working in maintenance there. Michael White has over fifteen years of experience in facilities management and construction; he has comprehensive training in systems installation, maintenance and repair. Mike spent the last ten years as the Facility Manager for the Midwest Renewable Energy Association.

In their new roles as Maintenance Technicians at S.C. Swiderski, they will handle all aspects of maintenance and repairs on multi-family and commercial properties.
