S.C. Swiderski, LLC Expands Leasing Department

Mosinee, WI – S.C. Swiderski, LLC is proud to announce several additions and promotions in their Leasing Department. The Leasing Department oversees the management of S.C. Swiderski’s multi-family portfolio which includes properties the company has built throughout Wisconsin. Four additional apartment communities are currently under construction and numerous sites are in the acquisition and pre-development phases.
 
Fay Harder, the Director of Operations, said, “We take our responsibility to our tenants seriously and strive for the highest level of customer service; the growth in this department shows our on-going commitment to our customers. This Department is also instrumental in driving company revenue and growth. We are focused on attracting the best team and retaining them through our development efforts.”
 
Kari Kussow was promoted to Leasing Department Manager. Kari joined the company in December as co-manager of the department. She brings a wealth of experience in customer service, sales and business operations. Kari will also represent the Leasing Department on the construction pre-development team evaluating potential sites and new building types.
 
Matt Housworth was promoted to Leasing Assistant Manager. Matt previously was a Site Manager for four properties in Wisconsin Rapids. In his new role, he will provide support and Fair Housing Law guidance to the Site Managers and tenants.
 
Leigha Larson joined the company as Site Manager of Moon Lake Estates in Rice Lake. Phase II of this site is scheduled in 2017; it will total have 204 apartment homes when completed.
 
Megan Boris was named Leasing Assistant and Site Manager. She will manage the local apartment sites and assist in administrative tasks in the corporate office.
 
Sandra Hanson was appointed Site Manager of Woodland Estates, Countryside and Countryside Estates in Wisconsin Rapids. Sandra has strong customer focus and operations experience.

S.C. Swiderski, LLC Announces New Graphic Designer

Mosinee, WI – S.C. Swiderski, LLC is pleased to announce Elizabeth Kendhammer has joined the company as Graphic Designer. Kendhammer has a degree in Graphic Design from Western Technical College and specializes in branding, advertising and web design.

Elizabeth is credited with designing the trademarked logo for the Badger State Games and was recently awarded Best T-shirt Design by the National Congress of State Games Symposium. In her new role, she will handle design and production of advertising, signage, web sites and promotional items for all divisions of S.C. Swiderski, LLC. In addition, Kendhammer will be the official photographer for the company’s expanding real estate portfolio.

Jacqui Miller, Real Estate and Marketing Manager said, “Elizabeth is a great addition to the Marketing Department and will play a key role in supporting the company. Our continued growth led us to look for an addition to the team and it is very fortunate that we were able to find someone of Elizabeth’s caliber to fulfill this role.”

Groundbreaking Ceremony for S.C. Swiderski Construction Yard

Mosinee, WI – A groundbreaking ceremony was held on November 3rd at 1:00 pm at the site of the future Spring Road Construction Yard located at 581 Spring Road, Kronenwetter, Wisconsin. The event was hosted by Mosinee Chamber of Commerce, Village of Kronenwetter and S.C. Swiderski, LLC.

Fay Harder, Director of Operations for S.C. Swiderski opened the ceremony.  Randy Fifrick from the Village of Kronenwetter spoke along with Village Board President, Chris Volm. The Mosinee Chamber of Commerce was represented by Kelly Hladovcak, Board President, and Executive Director Judy Martino.

The $2 million project includes offices and warehouses to serve as a maintenance and storage facility for S.C. Swiderski. It will service the construction, landscaping and maintenance divisions of the company; their corporate office is located a couple of miles from this site. Project Manager Shaun Izdepski of S.C. Swiderski Construction explained, “Phase I of the project includes a 20,000 square foot heated warehouse and a 12,000 square foot unheated warehouse. The site allows room for expansion as we continue to grow.”

Our Construction Yard will serve as an extension of our operations in conjunction with our corporate office in Mosinee.
