Mosinee, WI – S.C. Swiderski, LLC is proud to announce Mike Manning has joined the Leasing Department as a site manager. He will manage over 200 apartments located at three sites in Merrill and Gibson Estates in Medford.
Mike has an associate degree in management from Western Technical College in La Crosse. He has a strong focus on process improvement and is a certified Yellow Belt in Lean Six Sigma. He also has property experience in grounds keeping. Mike is a lifelong resident of Wisconsin.

The Leasing Department oversees the management of S.C. Swiderski’s real estate portfolio which includes multi-family properties the company has built throughout Wisconsin. Four additional apartment communities are currently under construction in Rice Lake, Sturgeon Bay and two locations in Wausau. Numerous sites are in the acquisition and pre-development phases for multi-family construction. The Leasing Department is part of the Property Management Division at S.C. Swiderski which includes a full service maintenance and grounds keeping for their real estate portfolio.
