Youth Apprentice Jaeger Dhein

In this blog post, we are excited to share the story of Jaeger Dhein, a 2024 graduate of Mosinee High School who is participating in a youth apprenticeship program with S.C. Swiderski (SCS). Jaeger is working with our development team and learning about architectural drafting and planning, as well as real estate development research and analysis.

Jaeger has been interested in real estate and architecture since learning about it from YouTube and the owner of SCS, Shane Swiderski. He applied for a summer job and worked on our grounds keeping team last year and impressed us with his work ethic and enthusiasm. He then expressed his interest in joining our apprenticeship program toward the end of this school year, which we gladly accepted.

Despite being a busy student and athlete, playing soccer and hockey for his school, Jaeger has been able to balance his academic, extracurricular, and professional commitments. He worked at our corporate office with an adjusted schedule until he graduated, then transitioned to a full-time schedule. Jaeger assists our development team with various tasks, such as learning AutoCAD, researching potential sites for new projects, and preparing a special report on the rental market trends in Wisconsin. He also attends regular meetings and trainings with his supervisor, Stacy, who mentors him and provides him with feedback and guidance.

Jaeger says he enjoys working at SCS because he gets to learn from experienced professionals and gain hands-on skills that will help him pursue his career goals. He plans to continue learning what he can about business with a focus on real estate. He hopes to become a successful real estate investor and developer someday, and he credits SCS for giving him the opportunity to explore his passion and potential.

Event Season is Upon Us

S.C. Swiderski (SCS) is excited to announce several events held in communities throughout Wisconsin. These events are not only a chance to celebrate the start or completion of our projects, but also an opportunity to show our appreciation to the communities that welcomed us and the partners that supported us. SCS is proud to provide quality housing in locations across Wisconsin and to work with local governments, businesses, and organizations to make it happen.

We invite you to join us in celebrating our achievements and honoring our collaborators at these events. SCS works hard to build beautiful apartments that offer a variety of housing options for diverse needs and preferences. We are grateful for the cooperation and assistance of the local officials, chambers, and businesses that helped us along the way.

These events will highlight our projects and thank our sponsors and partners who made them possible as well as having a community support component. SCS is committed contributing to the social and economic development of the communities now and for years to come. We look forward to sharing our success and gratitude with you.

What to Expect at Our Events

Our grand opening events will feature a ceremonial ribbon cutting to celebrate the completion of the project along with speeches from the local government, chamber, and members of the SCS team, who will share insights and experiences working on the project. The speakers will also acknowledge and thank our partners who made these projects possible and supported us throughout the process.

After the speeches, we will invite you to join us for a tour of the property and see for yourself the quality and beauty of our apartments. You will be able to learn more about the number of units, types of units, rent cost, amenities, and availability of each property. You will also have a chance to meet some of the partners and staff. Our friendly and professional team will be happy to answer any questions you may have and assist you with your leasing needs.

Our groundbreaking events mark the start of construction for a new property, which will offer new housing options for the community. The events include speeches from the local government, chamber, development team as well as a ceremonial dig. You hear from the people involved in the project and the vision for the future of the area. Information about the site plan and the architectural design of the building will be available.

SCS staff will be available to answer questions about the project and provide information such as the estimated completion date, building style, number of units, and amenities planned. You also can sign up for our interest list and be among the first to receive updates and leasing information.

A Year of Training and Development
