S.C. Swiderski Promotes Jacqui McElroy

S.C. Swiderski, LLC announced the promotion of Jacqui McElroy to Director of Business Development. She will be responsible for identifying and implementing strategies to support company growth and expansion. S.C. Swiderski is a regional leader in real estate development which has over a half billion dollars of residential projects in development.   

Jacqui joined the company in 2016 as Marketing Manager and had progressively increased her responsibilities to include real estate and development. She was promoted to Business Development Manager in 2019. “Jacqui has been a key part of our success with her endless drive for process improvements and vision for the future of the company,” said Nathanael Popp, COO of S.C. Swiderski. “I look forward to reaching new levels of success with her increased involvement in company planning,” he explained.  

The company achieved significant growth over the last couple of years including the addition a full-service real estate brokerage, expanding design capabilities, and adding single family home construction while increasing production of apartments for their portfolio. “I have the honor of working with a talented and dedicated team at S.C. Jacqui earned a Bachelor of Science degree in marketing from St. Cloud State University. Prior to her tenure at S.C. Swiderski, Jacqui was a Realtor in the Twin Cities for fifteen years. She was recognized nationally as Realtor Magazine’s Top 30 under 30 and was inducted to the RE/MAX Hall of Fame.She served on the board of directors for several non-profit organizations in the Twin Cities before relocating to Central Wisconsin. She was a licensed Realtor in Minnesota for 16 years and is now licensed in Wisconsin since 2020.

SCS Real Estate Hires Samantha Cricks to Lead Expansion

Samantha Cricks has nearly 15 years of management experience. She started her real estate career in Madison in 2002 and has been selling in the Wausau market since 2018. She will handle recruiting and training agents, business development, policies and compliance SCS Real Estate.

S.C. Swiderski Announces Promotions Across All Divisions

Mosinee, WI - S.C. Swiderski, LLC announces the promotion of several key employees across divisions. The announcement comes as S.C. Swiderski sees continued growth and expansion. In 2021, the company has 7 multi-family projects going into production and over a half a billion dollars of residential projects in development.

Angie Cook has been promoted to Leasing Consultant. In her new role, she will manage River Trail Estates in Weston which has 84 apartments and will be opening Phase II with an additional 28 apartments in 2021.

Lizzie Hompertz has been promoted to Leasing Consultant/Turnover Specialist in the Leasing Department. She will manage Hilltop in Edgar and Blue Stone Estates in Marathon City which will add 30 additional apartments in 2021.

Jacqueline Jacinto has been promoted to Real Estate Coordinator. Jacinto is a licensed Realtor and will handle closing coordination and administration for SCS Real Estate and its licensed agents.

Samantha Kaczor has been promoted to Senior Marketing Coordinator. Kaczor has been instrumental in expanding the brand awareness in new markets. She manages advertising, website management and marketing for all divisions of S.C. Swiderski.

Dawn Keel has been promoted to Senior Structural Designer. Keel plays a key role on the design team creating new building and plan sets, coordinating with structural engineers and performing site inspections.

Pat McElroy has been promoted to Senior Lease-Up Property Manager. McElroy recently received his CAM (Certified Property Manager) credential. He does research and planning for new projects and manages the lease-up phase of new apartments sites.   

Kortni Wolf has been promoted to Senior Development Administrator. Wolf recently received her real estate salesperson license. She coordinates land acquisition and the municipal approval process along with administration for title, easement and financing for transactions and projects.
