Here are some things employees have to said:
“Jay is always a hardworking, extremely humble person whose dedication is unnoticed. I feel he tends to go above and beyond to accomplish things as they arise. Making sure we have everything we need for a great groundbreaking ceremony is just one of many things he does to help others in the company. I have a lot of admiration of his hard work and he’s a good role model to have in this company.”
“Jay has been a tremendous help by going out of his way to assist on ground breaking ceremonies. He always sets up a great spot for the ceremonial dig with a mound of dirt and placing equipment for a great photo opportunity. Even though he has a lot of work to do, he and his team also assist with the set up and clean up for these events.”
“Jay has been amazing to work with. If you are ever in need of some help with anything regarding the property sites or in general he is always there. Him and his team have helped us numerous occasions with our groundbreaking ceremonies and with coordinating decals on vehicles. He is very knowledgeable about his career and seems to be very passionate about his work and his crew. Thanks for all you do.”
