Mosinee, WI – S.C. Swiderski, LLC, a construction and real estate investment company, is excited to announce two additions to the Architectural Design Department. Paul Cassem has joined the company as a senior architect and Karina Griesbach as an architectural designer. The two hires add further depth to the company’s expanding team of professionals.  

Paul Cassem, AIA, is a Senior Architect and will oversee the company’s design projects. He studied at Dakota County Technical College and the University of Minnesota. Paul brings over 30 years of architectural experience; he has designed a wide range of projects from industrial, military, multi-family, retail and commercial. Recently he worked at ADG Architects in Eau Claire.  Paul’s wide scope of knowledge including construction administration will be utilized in his new role.

Karina Griesbach has a Bachelor of Science degree in architecture and urbanism from the University of Sao Paulo in Brazil and was a licensed architect there prior to relocating to the US. She has 6 years of architectural and interior design experience. She has worked for Garon Foods and HJ Martin. Karina’s passion and talent for urban design is an asset for the company as they move into larger scale multi-family developments in 2017.

S.C. Swiderski, LLC Opens a Dog Friendly Building in Antigo

Mosinee, WI – S.C. Swiderski, LLC has opened a new 12 unit building at its construction site Prosser Place Estates in Antigo. This building is the first dog friendly building in the development. A fenced off-leash dog run will be added in the summer. The dog friendly building houses two and three bedroom apartments.
 
Kari Kussow, Leasing Manager, said, “We are responding to the many homeowners who are interested in downsizing to a maintenance-free lifestyle but they have a dog. We wanted to provide an option for them and are excited to offer what they are seeking.”

Prosser Place Estates will have 88 apartment homes in six buildings; one, two and three bedroom apartments are available. Leasing Site Manager, Randy Jensen, explained that each apartment features a private entrance, deck or patio, spacious closets, high efficiency appliances and a walk in pantry in the kitchen. Rent rates range from $685 to $895 and include on site management and maintenance, snow and lawn care, garbage, water/sewer and heat. Construction on the project began in 2016 and four buildings are now open to tenants with the remaining two buildings opening in 2017. Construction Site Superintendent on this project is Tom Woller. 

S.C. Swiderski, LLC Announces Promotion of Nathanael Popp

Mosinee, WI – S.C. Swiderski, LLC has promoted Nathanael Popp to Maintenance Department Manager.  The Maintenance Department is part of the Property Management Division of SC Swiderski, LLC and services the company’s real estate portfolio which includes multi-family and commercial properties throughout Wisconsin. With this promotion, Nathanael will oversee the Maintenance Technicians and facilitate regular maintenance and service calls for all properties.

He joined the company in April this year and brings 15 years of construction and management experience. He attained his associate degree from NTC and holds an undergraduate degree in Industrial Management from UW-Stout. He previously held leadership positions as a Supervisor at a distribution center and Operations and Sales Manager for a refuse ad recycling company.  

Nathanael said, “It is an honor to be a part of the hardworking working, passionate, knowledgeable, Maintenance Team. I look forward to the new challenges that will arise as we all grow together.” He embraces the leadership position quoting Abraham Lincoln, “Nearly all men can stand adversity, but if you want to test a man’s character, give him power.”
