Mosinee, WI - S.C. Swiderski, LLC, a construction and real estate investment company, sent employees of the Leasing Department to training in Chicago and Milwaukee last week. Kari Kussow - Leasing Department Manager, Matt Housworth – Assistant Leasing Manager, and Megan Boris - Site Manager/Leasing Assistant, attended the educational sessions to further their knowledge, compliance and expertise in the industry. The 10th annual 2017 National Apartment Association & Exposition was hosted at the Hyatt Regency in Chicago February 14th and 15th. Kari Kussow learned from top-of-their-class marketers, leasing and sales specialists, property and portfolio managers and developers for two day of education sessions. Kari, Matt and Megan completed the Apartment Association Landlord Boot Camp in Milwaukee on February 18th. Because landlord/tenant laws are constantly changing, this comprehensive session ensures we are compliant regarding Landlord Tenant laws in Wisconsin.
The Leasing Department is part of the company’s Property Management Division which also includes Maintenance and Landscaping/Grounds Departments. The division services the company’s real estate portfolio which includes multifamily apartment sites in locations throughout Wisconsin. S.C. Swiderski has recently completed construction on Prosser Place Estates, an 88 unit luxury apartment site in Antigo. They are currently building apartment homes in Wisconsin Rapids and Eagle River. Phase II of Moon Lake Estates in Rice Lake has been announced and includes 100 apartment homes. Several other sites are in the planning and pre-development phase.
