Mosinee, WI - S.C. Swiderski, LLC, a construction and real estate investment company, announces a new multifamily project in Sturgeon Bay. The 56-unit development will be on five acres that the company purchased on the west side of the city, north of Wisconsin 42/57 off Grant Avenue at Sycamore Street. Construction is expected to begin in a few weeks.
Construction Manager, Tim Koch, announced that Project Manager for the site is David Gliniecki and Becky Hensel has been named as Project Coordinator. Architect Paul Cassem, explained “We are building four two story buildings. We will have one, two and three bedroom apartment homes ranging from 686 to 1201 square feet.” The SC Swiderski designed building has been upgraded for this location including new exterior design elements and a fresh color palette; the buildings will feature Castlewood brick, two tone siding in pewter and bayou, and charcoal grey shakes.
SC Swiderski will retain ownership of the apartments; the Property Management Division of the company will provide professional leasing, maintenance and grounds keeping. “We are excited to be in Sturgeon Bay market. We offer quality apartments that are needed to fill demand in the area. Our apartment homes feature in unit washers and dryers, private entrances and heat and water are included,” said Kari Kussow, Leasing Manager. S.C. Swiderski uses hydronic baseboard heat which is not only energy efficient but evenly distributes heat throughout the building. S.C. Swiderski has embraced several other green initiatives in their projects including Water Sense Certified toilets, LED lightbulbs for all exterior lighting, programmable thermostats and high efficiency appliances and boilers.
In addition to the Sturgeon Bay project, S.C Swiderski Construction is currently building apartments in Rice Lake and Wausau. The company completed construction on Mill Street Estates in Eagle River, Prosser Place Estates in Antigo and Woodland Estates in Wisconsin Rapids adding several hundred new apartment homes to their real estate portfolio in spring 2017.
