Mosinee, WI - S.C. Swiderski, LLC, a construction and real estate investment company, has recently promoted three employees to leadership positions. Cathy Wierzba was promoted to Site Manager of Timber Ridge Apartments in Waupaca. Jake Erickson was promoted to Landscape Foreman and Joel Erickson to Grounds Lead. The leasing, landscape and grounds departments are under the Property Management Division of the company.
Cathy brings a wealth of service experience with 27 as a CNA to veterans at the Wisconsin Veterans Home. She joined S.C. Swiderski in 2016 and has worked in landscaping, construction and apartment cleaning. In her new role, Cathy will manage a site of 96 apartment homes. She will assist current tenants as well as manage turnovers and help prospective tenants. Cathy enjoys interacting with people and is pleased to be working again in the Waupaca area.
Jake started at SC Swiderski in landscaping in 2013 at the inception of the department and has been instrumental to its growth. His quiet confidence will serve him well in his new role as Landscape Foreman leading the crew in landscape installations on new project sites. Joel started in 2014 as a groundskeeper and as Lead will manage the field crew in maintaining the grounds on the company’s properties. Both Jake and Joel have years of experience in property restoration; they are recognized for being versatile and hard-working.
S.C Swiderski is currently building apartments in Rice Lake and Wausau. The company completed construction on Mill Street Estates in Eagle River, Prosser Place Estates in Antigo and Woodland Estates in Wisconsin Rapids adding several hundred new apartment homes to their real estate portfolio in spring 2017. Multiple sites throughout the state are in the planning or pre-development phase for multifamily and residential construction as well as recreation and waterfront land development.
