Where can I find the start date for a project? 

All our project pages on our website are regularly updated as new information gets released. You can also sign up for our project newsletters to get email updates sent directly to your inbox about a specific project. How do you choose where to build? 

Each project opportunity goes through a thorough evaluation process from our Development Team to determine if we are a good fit to provide a housing solution. Our team often works closely with the municipalities to determine the housing need for their communities and crafts a plan that is unique to each area.  

Do you build the same apartment building at each location? 

Not only do we offer a range of different multi-family apartment building styles, but our Design Team has also created a diverse portfolio of buildings that includes duplexes, twin homes, single family homes, and even storage units. Every building on a project gets handpicked from our portfolio to provide the best housing solution to each community. 

How do you screen your tenants? 

All tenants are screened with the same criteria which we have published on our website HERE. 

Do you manage the apartment communities you build? 

All apartment communities that we own are professionally managed by our in-house property management team. Our dedicated Leasing team members take care of our tenants needs and monitor the properties to ensure our community guidelines are being followed. In addition, we have our hard-working maintenance and groundskeeping teams that service tenant work orders, maintain the interior and exterior of the apartment buildings, and handle all the lawn care, landscaping, and snow removal for each of our locations. How do your projects benefit the cities you build in? 

Our projects can provide several benefits to the areas we invest in. First, it provides a variety of maintenance-free housing options at a wide range of price points and adds much-needed housing in the area. The project is a private investment in the community which will add a property tax base for the city. Local subcontractors, tradespeople, and laborers will be contracted to work on this project. We will also utilize local suppliers and lenders whenever possible.  We will be an active member of your community for the long term adding property management jobs on-site and always looking to contribute to local charitable organizations and participate in local events.
