A WINTERTIME MAINTENANCE FREE LIFESTYLE
Just when we thought spring was around the corner, Wisconsin weather proves yet again that we aren’t in the clear yet. With the winter season STILL upon us, it's important that we all work together to ensure that our community remains safe and accessible during snowfall.
Our excavation and grounds teams take snow removal very seriously, and we have established protocols to make sure that all common areas, such as parking lots, sidewalks, and entryways, are cleared of snow and ice in a timely manner. This ensures that you can access your apartment safely, and that emergency services can reach you if needed. It makes that “maintenance free” lifestyle even more appealing.
While we strive to keep up with snow removal, there are some things that you as tenants can do to help us out. Firstly, please make sure that your cars are parked in designated areas during snowstorms. This will help our team to effectively clear snow from the parking lot without damaging any vehicles. Additionally, please avoid piling snow in areas that are not designated for snow storage, as this can make it difficult for our team to effectively clear the area.
Another way you can help is by shoveling the snow from your own front door or balcony. This is especially important if you live on the first floor or have a balcony that faces a common area. By clearing snow and ice from these areas, you will not only make it safer for yourself, but also for your neighbors and any visitors to our community.
Also, please exercise caution when walking on any snow-covered surfaces. Even if the snow removal team has cleared an area, there may still be ice or slippery patches that are difficult to see. Wear appropriate footwear with good traction and take your time when walking on these surfaces.
Thank you for your cooperation in keeping our community safe during the winter season. If you have any questions or concerns about snow removal, please don't hesitate to reach out to our team.
Lastly, we wanted to give a huge shout out to our excavation and snow removal teams. They have been tirelessly clearing snow non-stop for a few days now and their dedication to the safety of our tenants and employees is greatly appreciated. Without these hard workers we would all be a lot more stuck.
