S.C. Swiderski Promotes Cortnee Ristow

Mosinee, WI – S.C. Swiderski, LLC, a construction and real estate investment company, announces the promotion of Cortnee Ristow to Human Resources Assistant. In her new role, Cortnee will assist with recruiting, interviewing and candidate selection, orientation, open enrollment for insurance and employee relations.

 Cortnee graduated from Wausau West High School in 2014 and is currently attending NTC for digital marketing. She has several years of customer service experience and strong computer skills. Cortnee joined the company in July 2015 and has served as Receptionist. Her approachable nature was appreciated in her previous role and is ideal for the Human Resources Department. The department provides support to over 90 current employees and is currently recruiting for a wide range of positions at the company.

Human Resources Manager Kim Dennee said, “I am thrilled to add Cortnee to the department and am always pleased when we are able to promote from within the company. S.C. Swiderski is rapidly expanding and will benefit from additional support in Human Resources. Our employees and recruits will enjoy Cortnee’s personable demeanor.”

Mosinee, WI – S.C. Swiderski, LLC, a construction and real estate investment company, started 2017 by unveiling a new web site. The new version of Scswiderski.com went live in January. Users are invited to explore the new site which has improved functionality for today’s browsers and mobile devices. Added features on the site include a company directory, a blog and real estate portfolio. The site also includes updated information and images for all of the company’s apartment sites.    

“With the expansion of the company, we thought we needed an updated look and additional content on the web site. We had a new logo to incorporate which helped with the direction and feel of the site,” said Elizabeth Kendhammer, Graphic Designer.  Elizabeth is credited with the design work on the site and will handle site maintenance.

“We have many visitors on our site - tenants, subcontractors and prospective employees as well as the general public seeking information on our company,” explained Real Estate and Marketing Manager Jacqui Miller.  “It was a challenge to make it functional for the various users while being visually appealing but I believe we accomplished that.”

Mosinee, WI – S.C. Swiderski, LLC, a construction and real estate investment company, is excited to announce two additions to the Architectural Design Department. Paul Cassem has joined the company as a senior architect and Karina Griesbach as an architectural designer. The two hires add further depth to the company’s expanding team of professionals.  

Paul Cassem, AIA, is a Senior Architect and will oversee the company’s design projects. He studied at Dakota County Technical College and the University of Minnesota. Paul brings over 30 years of architectural experience; he has designed a wide range of projects from industrial, military, multi-family, retail and commercial. Recently he worked at ADG Architects in Eau Claire.  Paul’s wide scope of knowledge including construction administration will be utilized in his new role.

Karina Griesbach has a Bachelor of Science degree in architecture and urbanism from the University of Sao Paulo in Brazil and was a licensed architect there prior to relocating to the US. She has 6 years of architectural and interior design experience. She has worked for Garon Foods and HJ Martin. Karina’s passion and talent for urban design is an asset for the company as they move into larger scale multi-family developments in 2017.
