Mosinee, WI - S.C. Swiderski, LLC, recently welcomed two new staff members, Carrie Chadek and Krystina Welch. Carrie manages accounts payable and payroll for the Accounting Department. Krystina has joined the Property Management Division as a maintenance coordinator.

Carrie has nine years of experience in payroll and human resources. She has a bachelor’s degree from UW-Whitewater. Carrie serves as the treasurer for the Eau Pleine Riders Snowmobile Club; she previously worked as an administrative office manager at Point of Beginning. In her new role, she will oversee several accounting functions for all divisions of the company.  “We are happy to have Carrie on board. With the company’s growth, her energy and attention to detail are an asset for the department,” said HR Manager, Kim Dennee.

Krystina has an associate degree from UW- Sheboygan and seven years of customer service experience.  She will handle maintenance requests and coordinate service for properties in the company portfolio. SC Swiderski Property Management has a staff of professional service technicians they dispatch for regular maintenance and service calls. They also provide 24 hour emergency service. Maintenance Manager, Nathanael Popp, said, “We continue to add properties to the portfolio so our department is serving more units every month. Adding someone with Krystina’s dedication and experience to the team will allow us to continue to offer exceptional service to our tenants.”

S.C. Swiderski is currently building in Kronenwetter, Rice Lake and Wausau. The company recently completed construction on Mill Street Estates in Eagle River, Prosser Place Estates in Antigo and Woodland Estates in Wisconsin Rapids adding several hundred new apartment homes to their portfolio. Multiple sites throughout the state are in the planning or pre-development phase for multifamily and residential construction as well as recreational and waterfront land development.   

S.C. Swiderski Promotes Tim Koch to Construction Manager

Mosinee, WI - S.C. Swiderski, LLC, a construction and real estate investment company, announced the promotion of Tim Koch to Construction Manager. In his new role, Tim will oversee the Construction Department personnel including project managers, site superintendents, field staff and the Excavation Department. He is also responsible for planning and managing project development and administering the company’s safety plan.

Tim has over 24 years of experience in construction. He previously owned and operated a residential construction company for 15 years.  Tim joined S.C. Swiderski in 2013 as a Site Superintendent for the Construction Division. He was promoted to Project Manager in 2016. He successfully managed several multifamily development projects for S.C. Swiderski including Countryside Estates, River Trail Estates and the recently completed Mill Street Estates and Woodland Estates.  

“I am excited about the direction of the company, our new projects and the growing department. I look forward to developing the team and department and contributing to the success of the company,” explained Tim.
