S.C. Swiderski Celebrates Grand Opening of SCS Oshkosh

S.C. Swiderski held our Grand Opening Ceremony for SCS Oshkosh on October 26th. SCS Oshkosh is our first multi-family project in the City of Oshkosh. Present at the ceremony was John Z. and Mark I. from the City of Oshkosh, Rob K. from the Oshkosh Chamber of Commerce, Randy B. from Intercity State Bank along with numerous other Chamber of Commerce Ambassadors, community members, and partners on the project.

During the ceremony, Julie Walker, Area Manager for S.C. Swiderski explained the project. “This new community has 2 completely different building styles. As a resident, you will have 8 uniquely designed floor plans and 1 or 2 story living options to choose from! These floor plans have 1-3 bedrooms all featuring private entrances, garage space, and private laundry. In addition to these great options, each apartment home includes a private deck or patio.”

Whether you are downsizing, have a growing family, or just seeking to find your first quality apartment, SCS Oshkosh will fit your needs. Rent bundles high-speed internet, cable tv, heat, water, sewer, and trash removal in just one bill. S.C. Swiderski is proud to bring this multi-generational community to Oshkosh.

To celebrate 30 years of being in the industry, S.C. Swiderski decided to donate $30,000 throughout the state of Wisconsin to local non-profit organizations throughout the entire year. Oshkosh Area Humane Society was selected by S.C. Swiderski employees to receive a $1,000 donation during the Grand Opening Ceremony as part of this celebration. Jessica Miller was present to accept the donation and explained how their organization is experiencing challenges with a high number of animals in their care. She explained how this donation will help cover the medical needs of these animals while they wait for their new homes.

S.C. Swiderski is excited to bring the SCS Difference to the Oshkosh community. We would like to thank everyone who helped make this project a success and we are excited to see the final buildings open over the next few months.
