S.C. Swiderski was formed in April of 1992 and is a privately held company with corporate headquarters in Mosinee, Wisconsin. The company has a sound business model and is unique in that it designs, plans, constructs, owns and operates its real estate portfolio. The primary goal of the company is to build multi-generational communities to provide quality service.
S.C. Swiderski has apartment locations throughout the state of Wisconsin. The company continues to expand by investing in its people, processes, and properties. S.C. Swiderski demonstrates innovation, quality, and pride that one can expect from a Made in Wisconsin certified company. The company embraces its Wisconsin roots and is committed to the communities and tenants that it serves.

S.C. Swiderski has added two divisions of their company in the last 2 years. SCS Real Estate, a real estate brokerage with a team of agents helping everyday buyers, sellers, and investors. The team is lead by Managing Real Estate Broker, Samantha Cricks. The second division is S.C. Swiderski Homes, where S.C. Swiderski is entering a new market, while bringing their 30 years of building experience. The homes division of the company is building single-family homes. SCS Homes is a natural evolution for the company. The team works closely with SCS Real Estate, the exclusive listing agency of the homes.
To celebrate 30 years of being in the industry, we are thrilled to announce numerous events and celebrations throughout the year. S.C. Swiderski would not be as successful if it wasn’t for the communities we serve. We take pride in bringing housing needs to their community and we thank them for their everlasting support. To celebrate and show our appreciation, we will be donating a total of $30,000 to local non-profit organizations in the communities where we have existing locations. More events catered toward our employees, tenants, and sub-contractors will also be taking place throughout the summer. We are excited that we will be starting 16 project sites this year, while completing another five.
