S.C. Swiderski is proud to open its newest site, Westwood Estates in Wausau. The first building of eight luxury apartment homes opened on June 1st. When completed, the site will have four 8-unit buildings and twelve 4-unit buildings spread out over a large hillside in a convenient location. The buildings offer two and three bedroom apartments with attached garages. The floorplans are spacious with 1300 to over 1500 finished square feet featuring walk-in closets, granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, rich mocha shaker style cabinets and white three panel doors.
S.C. Swiderski Construction is the builder on the site. The Project Manager for Westwood Estates is Tom Woller, Project Coordinators were Becky Hensel & April Pankow, and the site is managed by Assistant Site Superintendent Eion Dowell. The Property Management Division of S.C. Swiderski is handling the leasing of the site as well as the maintenance. Pat McElroy has been named the Leasing Site Manager. Pat said, “There is strong interest in this site. Prospective tenants appreciate the upgraded finishes, thoughtful layouts and of course, the incredible setting. They like the convenience of having heat, water, sewer and garbage included in the rent.”
A celebration of the grand opening is being held on June 21st, from 5-7pm at the Westwood Conference Center Ballroom & Patio.
