Mosinee, WI- S.C. Swiderski, LLC, a construction and real estate investment company, announced the addition of two summer interns, Gabrielle Kizewski of the Leasing Department, as well as Trevor Scheiderer of the Marketing Department. Gabrielle will be working at the corporate office supporting the Leasing Manager as well assisting on four multi-family sites in Wisconsin Rapids. Trevor will be working with both external and internal clients to organize different events throughout the Central Wisconsin area, assisting with company marketing campaigns and working to refine brand recognition.
Gabrielle is originally from the Stevens Point area. She is an active member of the College of Business Administration office staff at the University of Wisconsin-La Crosse. Gabrielle is entering her senior year as a Marketing major and a minor in Art. She is looking forward to, “Working and learning with the S.C. Swiderski to enhance her professional business skills.”
Originally from the Central Wisconsin area, Trevor comes with a financial background. He worked as a Customer Service Representative for Peoples State Bank, and also as an Inforce Representative for Athene USA, an annuity insurance firm. Trevor will be entering his junior year at Drake University in Des Moines, IA as a joint International Business and Marketing major.
The company is currently performing site work near Rhinelander on the Eagles Way project with a ground breaking ceremony expected in June. With an addition of a roadway, S.C. Swiderski Land Company will start sales in this development. The project will offer parcels with frontage on the Hat Rapids Flowage of the Wisconsin River and some off water recreational lots.
S.C. Swiderski Construction is currently working on projects in Kronenwetter and Wausau. The company broke ground on May 11th in Rice Lake for Phase II of Moon Lake Estates, adding 104 apartment units to the community. Multiple sites throughout the state are in the planning or pre-development phase for multifamily and residential construction as well as recreational and waterfront land development.
