A key component of the company’s success is our professional leasing team. With the addition of new sites, the company is proud to announce several promotions in the Leasing Department to support its growth.
Pat McElroy is in a new role Lease-Up Property Manager. He will focus on leasing new construction properties and corporate leases.
Lori Minnihan was named Leasing Administrator and will manage tenant screening, applications, leases and reporting.
Angie Cook is now a Property Manager and will be responsible for leasing activity on her own site.
Ali Montalbano has been promoted to Area Manager. She will oversee the property managers in the Wausau/Mosinee area as well as Sturgeon Bay.
