S.C. Swiderski, LLC will be opening multiple apartment buildings in the month of April. All four locations went into construction in 2021 and will continue to open new buildings throughout the year.

At SCS Shawano, there are 1-to-3 bedroom options with 8 total floor plans to choose from. These also include a keyless entry garage, high-speed internet and cable, private laundry and are pet friendly. These apartments will also have a deck or patio and a vaulted ceiling in their upper apartments.

SCS Fox Point is located in Merrill; it offers 1-to-3 bedroom options with 6 total floor plans to choose from. These will include keyless entry attached or detached garages, high-speed internet and cable, private laundry and are pet friendly.

At SCS Oshkosh, there are 1-to-3 bedroom options with 8 total floor plans to chose from. They include a keyless entry attached or detached garage, high-speed internet and cable, private laundry and are pet friendly.
