Mosinee, WI – We are excited to announce the promotion of Phil Welling to Assistant Site Superintendent. In his new role, Phil will be overseeing field staff, organizing site subcontractors, and assisting the Site Superintendent on various quality control tasks.

Phil has more than 25 years of construction related experience. Formerly a Carpenter and Mason Foreman, he has done everything from owning his own business, to making sizable impacts on the progress of large scale projects. “Phil has a unique skillset that makes him a very good fit for this position. He is a very hard worker and is extremely dedicated to his duties,” said Tim Koch, Construction Manager for S.C. Swiderski.

Most recently, Phil has been a Utilitarian on our Woodland Estates, Prosser Place, and Spring Road Warehouse projects. These sites have varied from new multi-family concepts to modern commercial storage space. By becoming familiar with these variances, Phil has gained a solid understanding of the company and specific concepts. We look forward to him beginning his new role and wish him much success.
