Mosinee, WI - S.C. Swiderski, LLC, a construction and real estate investment company, has begun construction on Phase II of Moon Lake Estates in Rice Lake, WI.  This phase has 100 new apartment homes in seven two-story buildings. Construction Manager, Tim Koch, announced that Project Manager for the site is Chris Karch, Site Superintendent is Sarah Fischer-Uttecht and Becky Hensel has been named as Project Coordinator.

SC Swiderski will retain ownership of the apartments; the Property Management Division of the company will provide professional leasing, maintenance and grounds keeping. Leigha Larson, the on-site Leasing Manager also manages the 104 units in Phase I of Moon Lake Estates. She explained, “Tenants have responded well to our spacious layouts. They feature in unit washers and dryers, private entrances and heat is included.”  S.C. “Our excavation crew is doing site preparation and will start utility installation soon,” Jay Trowbridge, Excavation Manager for SC Swiderski Construction said.  Becky Hensel added, “We are happy to be working in Rice Lake again. We are looking forward to providing more quality housing opportunities in such a wonderful community.”
