Mosinee, WI - S.C. Swiderski, LLC, a construction and real estate investment company, announced that Kelli Ohlfest has joined the company as a Project Coordinator for their Construction Division. Kelli will oversee multi-family and commercial projects for the company.

Kelli has 17 years of experience in the construction industry. She previously worked in construction management in the Chicago area. She has experience on large scale commercial, industrial and institutional projects. Kelli said, “I am very excited to be at S.C. Swiderski. I enjoy the variety of projects I will be involved with and look forward to developing a relationship with the subcontractors.”

S.C Swiderski Construction is currently building in Kronenwetter, Rice Lake and Wausau. The company recently completed construction on Mill Street Estates in Eagle River, Prosser Place Estates in Antigo and Woodland Estates in Wisconsin Rapids adding several hundred new apartment homes to their portfolio. Multiple sites throughout the state are in the planning or pre-development phase for multifamily and residential construction as well as recreational and waterfront land development.
