S.C. Swiderski Completes Woodland Estates

Mosinee, WI – S.C. Swiderski, LLC, a construction and real estate investment company, has completed the fourth and final building at Woodland Estates in Wisconsin Rapids. The 12 unit apartment building opened for tenants on April 1st.

Woodland Estates is located across from Mid-State Technical College on 32nd Street. It has 56 units in four two story buildings with detached garages; the wooded setting is quiet with ample green space. The apartment homes are one, two and three bedroom units ranging from 686 to 1105 square feet. The site offers private entrances, patios or balcony, a walk-in pantry and furnished appliances which include a full size washer and dryer. Each apartment includes a one stall garage with additional stall available for a monthly fee.

SCS Construction designed and built the project. Project Manager on the site was Tim Koch. Shaun Izdepski and Becky Hensel served as Project Coordinators; Site Superintendents were Scott Ristow and Sarah Fischer-Utecht.  “Woodland Estates was a wonderful project to be involved with. The City of Wisconsin Rapids, subcontractors and suppliers were fantastic and all contributed to help this project rum smoothly and on schedule,” said Becky Hensel. Tim Koch added, “I commend Sarah, Scott and the entire construction crew for completing the project to our high standards. The cleaning team was meticulous and had the buildings in great condition for our new tenants.”

S.C. Swiderski will retain ownership of the site and its Property Management Division will manage the property. Sandra Hanson, Leasing Site Manager at Woodland Estates said, “This is our fourth site in Wisconsin Rapids; we enjoy serving the housing needs of the community and are happy to provide a range of apartment styles. The Chamber of Commerce has been a beneficial partner in developing and assisting with the marketing of our new site.”

S.C. Swiderski builds, owns and manages apartment sites throughout the state. In addition to Woodland Estates, construction was recently completed on Prosser Place Estates in Antigo and Mill Street Estates in Eagle River. The company is currently building apartment homes in Wausau and Rice Lake. Several other sites throughout the state are in development and planning.
