Mosinee, WI - S.C. Swiderski, LLC, a construction and real estate investment company, welcomes David Gliniecki in the newly created role of Senior Project Manager for the Construction Division. David will oversee commercial and multifamily projects. He will also work on process improvement for the division.

Dave has seventeen years of experience in construction design and project management. He received a Bachelor of Science degree from ITT-Green Bay in Construction Management and an Associate degree in architectural/residential design and drafting from Northcentral Technical College. In addition to drafting and estimating experience, Dave has diverse expertise as a project manager for agricultural, industrial, commercial and residential projects.

SCS Construction Manager, David Jellings said, “We are happy to have Dave in this role with his skill set and experience adding depth and leadership to our division. His comprehensive oversight of our projects will ensure we are meeting our quality standards. Dave brings vast knowledge of commercial construction which will help us grow this segment of our business. He will also be an asset as we continue process improvements as we expand our company.” 

S.C. Swiderski has recently completed construction on Prosser Place Estates, an 88 unit luxury apartment site in Antigo. They are currently building in Eagle River, Kronenwetter and Wisconsin Rapids.  Phase II of Moon Lake Estates in Rice Lake has been announced and includes 100 apartment homes; the project is available for subcontractor bids. Several other sites are in the planning and pre-development phase.
