S.C. Swiderski announces that Bob Eberhardy has been named as Controller. He will oversee financial controls and reporting for all departments of the company and manage the Accounting Department. He also will work closely with the construction division on project budgets, estimates and forecasting.

Bob brings 25 years of experience in accounting including a background in construction financials making him well suited for this crucial position. He previously was General Accounting Manager at Wausau Homes and Vice President at hci Chemtec. Bob is known to be detail oriented and a problem solver. His favorite quote is, “If it’s important to you, you find a way. If it’s not, you find an excuse.” This speaks to Bob’s focus and his perseverance.

Fay Harder, Director of Operations, said, “We are glad to have Bob on board as we continue to grow. Bob brings great knowledge and experience which will be instrumental as we move forward.” 

Bob and his wife Teri have two children ages 19 and 16. He enjoys golf and model railroading.
